Location
Classes are held in the conference room on the third floor of the Education Building at St. Bernard’s Parish. Please note that we are not a parish program of St. Bernard’s. St. Bernard’s has graciously offered us the use of their space, but they do not handle our communications. Any questions about our program should be directed either to William Dunn or Marion Williams.

Calendar for the 2024-25 School Year
Fall Semester:
First Day of Class: Monday, August 19
Last Day of Class: Wednesday, December 11
Fall Break: The Week of Thanksgiving. There will be no classes during the week of Thanksgiving.
Spring Semester:
First Day of Class: Monday, January 13
Last Day of Class: Wednesday, May 7
Spring Break: The Week of Easter following Holy Week.
There will be no classes during Easter Week.
Dress Code
Ladies: Skirt with blouse or dress long enough to cover the knee while seated, or slacks with a button-down or polo shirt, tucked.
Gentlemen: Slacks with button-down or polo shirt tucked.
All students should wear close-toed shoes, no flip-flops. No jeans, shorts, or t-shirts should be worn.
Cell Phones
As in the past, students are welcome to bring cell phones with them, but they should not use their cell phones except in cases of necessity when they need to contact their family.
Inclement Weather
As in the past we will follow the Tulsa Public Schools announcements regarding school closings for inclement weather, but if Tulsa Schools are open and any parents deem it unsafe to travel, especially given that many students live outside of Tulsa, we encourage families to put safety first and not attempt to travel to school. We will also be sending out emails regarding any class cancellations due to inclement weather.
Tuition
The cost of tuition for our program is $500 per semester per student. Payments can be made anytime before the end of each semester. Marion Williams is our treasurer so payments should be made to her.
